responsible for taking care of the outside and the inside water dispenser.

Procedures
4.2.1 Clean up the outer dispenser.
4.2.2 After that, drain the contens from
the tube dispenser.
4.2.3 Mix vinegar with water.
4.2.4 Then refill again dispenser tube
with water which has been mixed with vinegar.
4.2.5 Though away the water which is
mixed with vinegar.
4.2.6 When it is dry, wipe the tube with
a clean tissue.
